Milù starts from the classic idea of table lamp and takes it to another level by extrapolating its traits, proportions and materials. The result is a simple, practical and functional product. Its body is made up of a 25mm thick solid wood board, cut with a fresa CNC. Alternatively multilayered wood (beech, poplar, birch) can be used.

The shape of the lamp is designed to optimise the balance between cutting length and quantity of the material. Wood, textile cord and 1W bulb interact to create a harmonic and functional product. Milù was a finalist of the “Mignon” competition, hosted by the industrial design portal Formabilio.
